If your piece doesn't feel quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a return label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original jewelry box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
